Ashton Woods is located at 5515 NE Tolo Road, on beautiful Bainbridge Island, only minutes from Seattle.
Most visitors will arrive via the Washington State Ferry (WSF).
Directions to the Washington State Ferry Coleman Dock terminal in Seattle:
From I-5 Northbound, take exit 164B; or from I-5 Southbound, take exit 164. This is the 4th Avenue and Safeco field exit. The off ramp goes to 4th Avenue. Take a right onto 4th, then go one block to Royal Brougham. Turn right, you’ll be driving between Safeco Field (Mariners stadium) and Qwest Field (Seahawk stadium) to Alaskan Way. Take another right on to Alaskan Way and drive along Seattle’s waterfront area. The Washington State Ferry Coleman Dock terminal, located on Pier 52, is about 1.2 miles north. Look for overhead signage, there is a special left hand turn lane specifically for vehicle traffic into the toll plaza.

Directions from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal to Ashton Woods:
1. Head northwest on Olympic Dr SE toward Harborview Dr SE - 0.2 miles
2. Continue on WA-305 - 0.8 miles
3. Turn left at NE High School Rd - 0.2 miles
4. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto NE High School Rd - 1.8 miles
5. Turn right at Fletcher Bay Rd NE - 0.6 miles
6. Continue on Miller Rd - 0.8 miles
7. Turn left at NE Tolo Rd - 0.7 miles
8. Turn left into Ashton Woods
Directions from the West / Poulsbo
1. Take Highway 305 east.
2. Cross Agate pass bridge and travel for 2.6 miles
3. Right at first stop light, Day Road
4. Veer left on Miller Road (in 400 feet)
5. Turn right on Tolo Road 2.0 miles
6. Travel .05 miles to 5515 NE Tolo Rd. On your left.
