How to Make a Reservation

We typically reply to all inquiries within 24 hours. However, there are times your information does not make its way to us. If you do not hear back from us about your request within 24-hours, please feel free to call us directly at 206 780-0100.

Policies
• Reservations require a 50% deposit, made payable by check or credit card.
• There is an additional $40 cleaning fee if you bring your Fido (one charge per stay)
• Reservations cancelled within 14 days or less of visit will not be refunded deposit unless room is rebooked for the cancelled dates.
• Check in is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm unless special arrangements have been approved in advance.
• Check out is 11:00am. At the host’s discretion you may have a late checkout generally not to exceed 2:00pm.
• Smoking is allowed only outside and we ask you use an ashtray.
• While there isn’t room for extra sleeping options, there is no charge for children under five, and they are welcome to share your bed.
